Just as each person is unique, each of the 33 villas that comprises Urbanisation Valdemar is unique. Choose the exterior design and floor plan that appeals most to you. Click on the properties in the interactive map to see the details of each villa. Villas range from 3 to 6 bedrooms.
As of February 2024, 13 villas have been finished and 7 are in construction. Every 2 months a new villa will be completed, so very soon you can start enjoying life in paradise on Spain´s beautiful Costa Tropical. If you purchase in pre-construction, you can work alongside a professional design team to customise your home to match your personal style and preferences.
