Our friends bought a new villa that Mar Delux developed, so we contacted them. We were primarily looking for newly built, contemporary style houses with nice views.
We rented a house in the area where we intended to buy for two weeks during November 2017, and we were shown a nice selection of houses.
We decided to purchase a modern villa that Mar Delux was developing that was basically finished and the estimated occupancy date was March 2018. Mar Delux submitted a quote with all future costs included and it turned out to be completely in line with the future outcome.
After we took possession of the house, we have lived in it for a few weeks, there were some minor issues that are to be expected in a new house, but they were addressed immediately and with good results.

They also helped us through the legal process which is extensive if you don’t have the right knowledge. Mar Delux has a large network that greatly facilitates the buying process.

We bought our house in La Herradura in 2022 when it was still under construction. Despite being in a very advanced phase, we were able to make some changes in both distribution and materials and everything was facilitated by Juan and his construction company. The quality of the construction is magnificent, any detail that we have requested once installed in the house has been resolved quickly and efficiently.
They delivered the house to us on the scheduled date. Marla made sure that all the documentation was prepared and we were able to enjoy our house from the first moment. Thank you very much for your professionalism and honesty. We are delighted.

We rented a villa through Mar Delux in 2015, and we ended up buying a brand new, modern villa of our own that we are now renting! Mar Delux built the beautiful villa we purchased. After searching on the Costa del Sol, Costa Tropical became our favourite place. You get more house and better views for the money spent. Buying our villa through Mar Delux is the best thing we did. In 2019 we bought a villa constructed by the company now named Mar Delux, represented by Juan Ruiz and Marla Marquez. We bought the villa “turn key”, while it was still under construction. The sales process was clear and transparent and we were impressed by their thorough legal approach and know-how of all applicable rules and procedures. Our wishes for some changes of the plan were quickly honoured for fair prices and all high quality machinery was installed according to plan. The construction team under management of Jose Ruiz was very professional which contributed to a quality product without shortcomings. We are very happy with the result and are grateful to live in such a fine house.

I met Juan for the first time at the end of February 2024, he showed me a house ready to move in. The place, the house, the view are amazing. At the end of March Juan and Marla gave us the keys to our Spanish house. Marla helped us buy the necessary equipment for our new house and Juan still supports us with the technical aspects of the house. We were lucky to meet Marla and Juan, they build beautiful houses and they are good, true partners, who help us feel good and safe in a new home, new country.
