Future Project

We bought our house in La Herradura in 2022 when it was still under construction. Despite being in a very advanced phase, we were able to make some changes in both distribution and materials and everything was facilitated by Juan and his construction company. The quality of the construction is magnificent, any detail that we have requested once installed in the house has been resolved quickly and efficiently.
They delivered the house to us on the scheduled date. Marla made sure that all the documentation was prepared and we were able to enjoy our house from the first moment. Thank you very much for your professionalism and honesty. We are delighted.

We built our dream house in Monte de Los Almendros through Mar Delux a few years ago. From the first step to our finished house everything has worked perfectly. The budget was respected, the quality exceeded our expectations, and the house was completed within the due deadline. They helped us throughout the entire building process, Thanks to Juan and Marla! Our friends bought a new villa that Mar Delux developed, so we contacted them. We were primarily looking for newly built, contemporary style houses with nice views.
We rented a house in the area where we intended to buy for two weeks during November 2017, and we were shown a nice selection of houses.
We decided to purchase a modern villa that Mar Delux was developing that was basically finished and the estimated occupancy date was March 2018. Mar Delux submitted a quote with all future costs included and it turned out to be completely in line with the future outcome.
After we took possession of the house, we have lived in it for a few weeks, there were some minor issues that are to be expected in a new house, but they were addressed immediately and with good results.
We experience Mar Delux as a very serious company that builds quality houses and takes its responsibility even after the deal is completed.
They also helped us through the legal process which is extensive if you don’t have the right knowledge. Mar Delux has a large network that greatly facilitates the buying process.
