Bought our dream home from Juan and Marla 5 years ago (in 2018)! Everything went very professionally and correctly. The assistance in buying a property in Spain for us as foreigners was very serious.

My wife and I had been thinking for a while about buying a house in Andalusia. At Mar Delux, we have found for the first time a property developer who has convinced us with their concept as well as their holistic service. We have never experienced a team that is so service-oriented. That’s why we realised our dream and we bought a beautiful house from them at the beginning of January 2018. We built our dream house in Monte de Los Almendros through Mar Delux a few years ago. From the first step to our finished house everything has worked perfectly. The budget was respected, the quality exceeded our expectations, and the house was completed within the due deadline. They helped us throughout the entire building process, Thanks to Juan and Marla! We are now planning to buy our second house in the area and would never hesitate to use Mar Delux again!

In 2019 we bought a villa constructed by the company now named Mar Delux, represented by Juan Ruiz and Marla Marquez. We bought the villa “turn key”, while it was still under construction. The sales process was clear and transparent and we were impressed by their thorough legal approach and know-how of all applicable rules and procedures. Our wishes for some changes of the plan were quickly honoured for fair prices and all high quality machinery was installed according to plan. The construction team under management of Jose Ruiz was very professional which contributed to a quality product without shortcomings. We are very happy with the result and are grateful to live in such a fine house.

I met Juan and Marla and from the first moment, they provided me a great service with the purchase. Also the quality of the house is very good and they are responsible for the construction + help with any additional needs. We bought our house in La Herradura in 2022 when it was still under construction. Despite being in a very advanced phase, we were able to make some changes in both distribution and materials and everything was facilitated by Juan and his construction company. The quality of the construction is magnificent, any detail that we have requested once installed in the house has been resolved quickly and efficiently.
They delivered the house to us on the scheduled date. Marla made sure that all the documentation was prepared and we were able to enjoy our house from the first moment. Thank you very much for your professionalism and honesty. We are delighted.
