Juan and Marla really did everything in their power to allow us to move into the house as soon as possible. There were a few changes we wanted to have done, and they had them done in no time better than we thought possible.

I’m actually a bit surprised by their amazing interest in the aftermarket, they really have taken care of us even after purchase which feels safe when buying a house in a new country. We bought our house in La Herradura in 2022 when it was still under construction. Despite being in a very advanced phase, we were able to make some changes in both distribution and materials and everything was facilitated by Juan and his construction company. The quality of the construction is magnificent, any detail that we have requested once installed in the house has been resolved quickly and efficiently.

Our friends bought a new villa that Mar Delux developed, so we contacted them. We were primarily looking for newly built, contemporary style houses with nice views.
We rented a house in the area where we intended to buy for two weeks during November 2017, and we were shown a nice selection of houses.
We decided to purchase a modern villa that Mar Delux was developing that was basically finished and the estimated occupancy date was March 2018. Mar Delux submitted a quote with all future costs included and it turned out to be completely in line with the future outcome.
After we took possession of the house, we have lived in it for a few weeks, there were some minor issues that are to be expected in a new house, but they were addressed immediately and with good results.

They also helped us through the legal process which is extensive if you don’t have the right knowledge. Mar Delux has a large network that greatly facilitates the buying process.

We took possession of our house in Urbanisation Valdemar July 1st, 2025. We had previously owned an apartment on Costa del sol. And what a difference! In buying from Marla and Juan we didn’t only get a beautiful, high quality home with great views in the charming La Herradura. We also got nonstop help and service from them and from their whole team of pleasant and competent colleagues, We and our children are confidently looking forward to enjoying this wonderful place for many years.
